We are looking for your talent as Technical Support in Monterrey.
Requirements
Technical Degree in Informatics or Systems or equivalent in a related field
Experience as a technical field engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support or similar. At least 6 months of experience
Knowledge Computer equipment maintenance and repair.
Laser printers.
Basic telephony and networks
Structured cabling desirable
Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Converters. Functions
Determine failures presented by the client.
Replacement of spare parts, incident tracking, attention and closing of reports.
100% FIELD
Job Responsibilities.
Timely resolve incidents and/or requests regarding technical failures that arise with the user within the times established with the client.
