S&OP Sr Program Manager, BR Supply Chain

Description Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Senior Program Manager for S&OP team to keep delighting our customers by fulfilling products from Amazon and our Selling Partners at the fastest possible speed, on-time and at the lowest possible cost. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving forecast accuracy and operational efficiency across our global supply chain network. As a senior S&OP analyst, you will leverage advanced analytics, optimize global inventory levels, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, perfect order rate, and cost of goods sold (COGS). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain planning, and a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Brazil Supply Chain, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans. * Develop and implement strategies to improve forecast accuracy, reduce inventory levels, and optimize operational efficiency. * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, supply planning, fulfillment, transportation, and finance, to drive alignment and resolve issues. * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. * Present findings and recommendations to senior management. * Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to streamline S&OP processes. * Manage and develop a team of S&OP analysts. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, or related fields. * Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). * Experience with S&OP processes and methodologies. * Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience with Amazon's supply chain systems and processes. * Experience with advanced forecasting techniques and statistical modeling. * Experience with inventory optimization and management. * Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma). * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
