Job description
You are under the direction of our head sommelier as well as the director of the hall and you will have to:
- You are responsible for the smooth running of service and ensure a quality of welcome and personalized services to our clientele.
- You propose balanced wine and food pairings, relevant advice to our clients.
- You know the wine list perfectly in order to meet the expectations of our clients.
- You participate in the management of the cellar and the development of beverage menus in collaboration with the Head Sommelier
- Management of organization and inventory of different storage points
- You apply the procedures and service standards of the establishment.
