Sommelier (m/f/d)

• Expert and personal advice to guests in the selection of wine, sake, and cheese
• Planning, organization, and execution of exclusive wine, sake, and cheese tastings
• Contribution to the further development and maintenance of the wine list in cooperation with the Head Sommelier
• Responsibility for purchasing, inventory management, and optimization of the wine and beverage assortment
• Transfer of expertise through training and instruction for the service team
• Monitoring current trends and integration of new products and concepts into the offering
