ROLE PURPOSE The DCC Growth Manager drives adoption and revenue of Dynamic Currency Conversion across existing large and mid-sized merchants at Pine Labs . The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, onboarding international acceptance clients, and managing CXO relationships through strategic partnerships and account management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive DCC adoption among existing merchant base • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at merchants, including CXOs and Sales teams • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, and develop strategies to convert them into revenue-generating partnerships • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to drive DCC adoption and revenue growth • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust sales strategy accordingly • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pine Labs' products and services, as well as the competitive landscape in the digital commerce and financial services space. REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the fintech or digital payments space • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management • Strong understanding of the digital commerce and financial services landscape, including trends, opportunities, and challenges • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
