Solutions Engineer (OEM / Testing Solutions)

Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team)

Help leading manufacturers and innovators measure what matters. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll bridge engineering expertise with customer success — designing, presenting, and implementing test and measurement solutions that empower clients to achieve precision and performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Account Managers to understand customer requirements, propose tailored configurations, and ensure that testing systems deliver maximum value across manufacturing, R&D, and OEM applications.

What you’ll do

• Customer-focused solution design: Partner with Sales and Account Managers to assess client needs and design tailored test and measurement solutions.
• Technical presentation & consultation: Explain complex engineering concepts and system benefits clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pre-sales support: Conduct product demos, system evaluations, and technical presentations that build customer confidence in your solutions.
• Proposal & documentation support: Assist in preparing proposals, technical quotations, and configuration documents.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as a bridge between customers and engineering teams to ensure alignment and seamless solution delivery.
• Continuous learning: Stay current with advances in test systems, data acquisition, and instrumentation to provide consultative insights.
• Feedback loop: Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams to refine future solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in applications, test engineering, or solutions engineering within the test and measurement industry (e.g., NI, Keysight, Tektronix, Fluke).
• Strong understanding of test systems, data acquisition, and instrumentation.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both sales and customer teams.
• Experience in OEM, semiconductor, or manufacturing testing environments (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
