Aufgaben

Your mission: You ensure that our Product Mining platform is successfully implemented, rolled out, and sustainably used at enterprise customers.

• Implementation & Roll-out of our innovative data-analytics- and AI-SaaS-platform at enterprise-industry customers.
• Project Management with internal/external cross-functional teams
• Setup & Operation of relevant cloud/data infrastructure
• Configuration of Data Pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Creation of Project Deliverables (KPIs, process etc.) & regular Reviews with customers
• Conceptualization & Conduct of trainings and workshops
• Presentation of Results for stakeholders including C-Level (Savings/Revenue Potential)

Qualification

• 3+ years experience in Solutions Engineering/Technical Account Management/Solution Consulting (implementation in B2B-SaaS-enterprise-environment)
• Sovereign appearance and very good skills in stakeholder management from various fields (from IT to C-Level)
• Structured, clear communication skills
• Basic programming skills in SQL, Python or willingness to acquire these
• Experience with cloud/data stacks
• Experience with industrial data sources/ERP/BI (e.g. SAP/Infor/ProAlpha, Power BI/Fabric/SAP BW) advantageous
• Very good German and English skills
