Solutions Engineer (m/w/d)

We are Heisenware. We give the industry the opportunity to build software themselves - quickly, robustly, and independently. Many customers use us in self-service, but for complex projects we need you. You are the technical spearhead that doesn't just talk, but makes it happen. You ensure that technical requirements become functional software.

Aufgaben

Your Mission: Hands-on Implementation

You are the interface between product and customer factory. You build solutions that deliver immediate value.

• Low-Code-based App Development: Your core area. You build complete apps - from data binding to dashboard UI.
• Integration: You ensure data flow. You connect machines, sensors, and databases into customer-specific solutions.
• Solution Design: You translate vague customer wishes into concrete technical solutions.
• Project Management: You steer timelines, budgets, and ensure a smooth handover to the customer.
• Partner Enablement: You make our integration partners fit so they can build excellent apps themselves.

Qualification

Your Profile: Technician & Maker

We are looking for makers who bring projects to a close.

• Background: Study/Academic degree in automation, computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, etc.
• Experience: You have realized technical projects (e.g., as Application Engineer, System Integrator, or in the IT/OT sector in industry).
• Tech-Skills: You master interfaces (REST, SQL, MQTT, OPC UA). Scripting (JS/TS) is a plus.
• Mindset: You want to build solutions that really help our customers.
• Language: Professional German knowledge (must), English is a plus.
