Solutions Consultant (m/w/d) - Part-time

We are a young, innovative company that offers solutions in the field of process digitalization. For the department Collaborative Work Management, we are looking for reinforcement for our team in the role as Solutions Consultant (m/w/d) - Part-time (max. 20h / Week).

Tasks

• You support our customers in introducing the work-management solution Asana and ensure that the software is seamlessly integrated into their existing system landscape.
• You analyze the business processes of our customers and create tailored proposals for optimizing workflows.
• You conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators to maximize the use of Asana.
• You create understandable technical documentation and guidelines that make it easier for our customers to work with Asana.
• You continuously develop existing solutions to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Qualification

• You have an interest in digital products, SaaS solutions, and business processes.
• You think analytically and quickly get up to speed with new topics, tools, and customer requirements.
• You work structured, reliable, and carefully.
• You communicate clearly and friendly and enjoy explaining complex matters in a way that is easy to understand.
• You have a professional appearance and enjoy interacting with customers.
• You like being part of a team and regularly coordinating with other team members to achieve the best possible results.
• You want to be part of a young, dynamic team and actively contribute to the further development of our product and company.
