Solutions Consultant (m/f/d)

We are an innovative, growing company offering solutions in the area of process digitalization. For the business unit Work Management, we are looking for reinforcement for our team as a Solutions Consultant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Tasks

• You support our customers in the introduction of Asana and ensure that the software is seamlessly integrated into their existing systems.

• You analyze the business processes of our customers and create tailor-made proposals for the optimization of workflows.

• You conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators to maximize the use of Asana.

• You create understandable technical documentation and guides that make it easier for our customers to use Asana.

• You continuously develop existing solutions to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.

• You have several years of experience in the implementation and use of Asana or comparable project management tools, as well as in the analysis and optimization of business processes.

• You have a professional demeanor and enjoy customer contact.

• You speak fluent German and English.

• You are willing to travel occasionally for training sessions and workshops to our customers (on average about one day per month).

• You have a structured way of working and are conscientious.

• You enjoy acting as a team player and coordinating regularly with other team members to always achieve the best possible result.

• You are eager to actively shape the future of our company.
