Job description
As Solutions Backoffice Officer, you are the administrative pivot of our projects and service contracts. You ensure correct order processing, smooth client onboarding, and effective support to internal teams, so that all operations run optimally behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities
Process incoming orders and set up projects and contracts in systems
Send standard communications and startup documents to clients
Support Project Managers and Service Managers in :
Ordering from suppliers and administrative follow-up
Preparing and tracking invoicing
Tracking maintenance and contractual deadlines
Control and archive documentation related to projects and services
Handle incoming calls and emails, as well as create and track tickets
