Solutions Architect (Power Capacity Planning)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The primary role of this position is to provide solutions regarding client power capacity planning, assignment, monitoring & reporting. The secondary role of this position is to support the Operational, Sales Team and Service Management Team to provide accurate solutions, design and support on a technical level for non-standard client solutions. MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Client power capacity planning, assignment, monitoring and reporting Utilise both formal and on-the-job training to develop expertise in Power Capacity Planning. Provide solutions regarding client power capacity planning, assignment, monitoring & reporting. Support the Operational, Sales Team and Service Management Team to provide accurate solutions, design and support on a technical level for non-standard client solutions. Monitor and report on client power capacity planning, assignment, monitoring & reporting. Ensure that all solutions are aligned with company policies and procedures. Provide technical expertise in Power Capacity Planning to ensure that all solutions meet the required standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Develop and maintain knowledge of Power Capacity Planning principles, concepts and best practices. Utilise this knowledge to provide accurate solutions regarding client power capacity planning, assignment, monitoring & reporting. Monitor and report on client power capacity planning, assignment, monitoring & reporting. Ensure that all solutions are aligned with company policies and procedures. KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Strong understanding of Power Capacity Planning principles, concepts and best practices. Ability to provide accurate solutions regarding client power capacity planning, assignment, monitoring & reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in Power Capacity Planning. Strong understanding of Power Capacity Planning principles, concepts and best practices. Ability to provide accurate solutions regarding client power capacity planning, assignment, monitoring & reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and strategically.
