You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our insurance solutions, working closely with our development team and insurance clients. Key Responsibilities Design and implement innovative insurance solutions for our clients Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration of solutions with our platform Work closely with our insurance clients to understand their needs and design solutions that meet those needs Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the insurance industry and apply that knowledge to our solutions Requirements 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a solutions architect or similar role Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its trends and challenges Experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions for the insurance sector Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, business, or a related field) Certifications or professional qualifications in the insurance industry or a related field are a plus What We Offer 100% Remote Work Flexible working hours Professional development opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work environment Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities to work with leading insurance companies and shape the future of the industry
