Job description
Demonstrate cost consciousness and awareness of personal contribution to costs and productivity Identify and escalates potential risks that may lead to increased costs Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs Implements customer service solutions demonstrating the shared values "My work is my signature" and "My word is my bond". Manages and takes accountability for the implementation and maintenance of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) outcomes for customer services, ensuring that all interactions are fair, transparent, and respectful.
