Your role:

As a Solution Train Engineer, you will:

• improve flow and throughput, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness,

• develop the operational maturity of teams through coaching in the area of the operational model, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps,

• analyze delivery data and translate it into specific improvements,

• manage the continuous improvement backlog for teams within the solution train,

• lead the planning and execution of iterations, ensuring strategic consistency and timeliness,

• identify and eliminate dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks,

• ensure transparency in the area of backlog, team maturity, efficiency, and their condition,

• be responsible for the effectiveness and results of delivery teams (including STE, RTE, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Coaches).
