Solution Support (m/f/d) Release Engineer

Your Tasks

• You will take responsibility for complex customer escalations requiring development-level support and coordinate them between Support, Engineering, QA, and Deployment
• You will provide technical support for our Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and assist with software, system, and hardware issues
• You will analyze technical problems using logs, telemetry data, field data, and customer feedback, and identify their root causes
• You will coordinate corrective actions together with our development, deployment, and service teams and oversee them until validation and rollout
• You will monitor the operational software status of our robot fleets, including software versions, configurations, and rollout status
• You will coordinate software releases and ensure they are validated and ready for a safe rollout to our customer fleets
• You will monitor the performance of our software in the field and identify recurring problems, error patterns, and performance deviations
• You will develop dashboards, reports, and analysis tools that provide transparency on the state of our fleets, software quality, and the progress of rollouts
• You will feed insights from incidents in the field back into our development organization and help derive sustainable product and process improvements from them

Your Profile

• You have a degree in robotics, computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical background
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in robotics software development, technical support, systems engineering, release management, or a comparable field
• You have experience with Linux-based systems, networks, and distributed robotic systems
• You have experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and software rollout processes
• You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to understand both technical details and the behavior of the overall system
• You communicate clearly with technical as well as customer-oriented teams and confidently coordinate different stakeholders
• You speak fluent German and English
