Solution Specialist Dutch & English | Hybrid | Cloud Solutions Malaga Location: Malaga (Benalmadena) / Hybrid model Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 18:00 Salary & Benefits: Around 36,000 gross/year up to 6,000 annual bonus private medical insurance Languages required: Fluency in Dutch and English Eligibility: Candidates must hold a valid EU work permit or EU citizenship What you will do: Work with small and medium-sized businesses to deliver cloud-based solutions that drive business growth. Identify and understand customer needs. Provide technical support and product demonstrations. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their needs and challenges. Recommend and implement cloud-based solutions. Provide technical support and training to clients. Manage client accounts and build strong relationships. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. Requirements: Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
