Solution Specialist Dutch and English | On-site in Spain | 3,000/3,500-month + Private Medical Insurance

• Basic Salary: 3,000 per month (36,000/year)

• Performance Bonus: up to 500/month (up to 6,000/year)

• Working hours: 39 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00

As aSolution Specialist, you will act as a key technical and business interface and help clients with the implementation, optimization, and adoption of our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and high customer satisfaction.

• First technical point of contact for assigned clients

• Understanding client needs and designing suitable solutions

• Working with sales, product, and support teams for successful implementation

• Providing training and guidance to client teams on the use of the solution

• Monitoring solution performance and signaling opportunities for improvement

• Dutch and English fluently (written and spoken)

• Experience in solution consulting, technical sales or customer success

• Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills

• Willingness to work on-site at one of the Spanish offices (BCN, MLG, VLC)

• Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented
