Solution Owner

As a Solution Owner Business Services at Sopra Steria, you will be part of a dynamic organization that accompanies its clients in their daily operations, allowing them to focus on their core business. We contribute to improving productivity, optimizing processes and managing risks, with a strong emphasis on fighting financial crime and regulatory compliance. Moreover, we exploit innovative technologies such as AI, automation and analytics to provide solutions meeting the highest standards.

In this role, you will direct the entire life cycle of banking solutions from ideation and analysis to implementation and continuous improvement. You will develop tailored solutions, advise on digital transformation and facilitate the integration of AI and automation. You will organize workshops, pilot change initiatives and ensure the good adoption of new solutions. Furthermore, you will align strategies with market trends, support commercial development and represent Sopra Steria as a thought leader during client meetings and sector events. Finally, you will encourage an innovation and continuous improvement culture by monitoring performance, integrating feedback and supporting training programs, with a particular focus on fighting financial crime and AI.
