As Solution Owner within Business Services at Sopra Steria, you are part of a dynamic organization that supports clients in their daily operations, so they can focus on their core activities. We help improve productivity, optimize processes, and manage risks, with a strong focus on anti-financial crime and compliance with regulations. Additionally, we use innovative technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics to offer solutions that meet the highest quality standards.

In this role, you take the lead over the entire lifecycle of banking solutions: from idea and analysis to implementation and continuous improvement. You develop tailored solutions, advise on digital transformation, and stimulate the integration of AI and automation. You organize workshops, guide change processes, and ensure a successful implementation of new solutions. Furthermore, you align strategies with market trends, support business development, and represent Sopra Steria as a thought leader to clients and at events. Finally, you promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by monitoring performance, processing feedback, and supporting training, with special attention to Anti-Financial Crime and AI.
