YOUR ROLE Solution Lead role focuses on action in solution architecture activities within Capgemini and towards our clients. As a Solution Lead, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, creating solutions, and assisting in the sales process. You will work closely with other architects, sales teams, and clients to ensure alignment and the successful implementation of projects. RESPONSIBILITIES * Analyzing customer needs and requirements to design and implement appropriate solutions. * Creating solution concepts and architectures. * Presenting solutions to clients and internal stakeholders. * Assisting in the creation of proposals and cost estimates. * Supporting the sales team in the sales process. * Leading and coordinating solution-related activities. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering). * Several years of experience in solution architecture. * Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions. * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and software development. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Fluency in German (written and spoken).
