• Design integration blueprints that define how software, hardware, and systems interact seamlessly.
  
• Select suitable technologies, databases, and architectural patterns aligned with enterprise standards.
  
• Define data flows, mappings, and synchronization between platforms.
  
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performance-driven.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at both technical and business levels.
  
• Oversee risk management and proactively mitigate operational and business risks.
  
• Stay current with emerging technologies to recommend best-in-class solutions.
  

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, project management, or large-scale integration projects.
  
• Strong expertise in technology stacks, APIs, platform architectures, and integration patterns.
  
• Proven track record in designing and implementing product integration solutions.
  
• Experience in mapping and managing data flows across enterprise systems.
  
• Solid understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and security requirements.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Exposure to Tibco BW (desirable).
  

• Analyze and understand complex business environments and propose effective integration solutions.
  
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
  
• Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  
• Deliver integration solutions that are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
  
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
