Solution Engineer

Tatum is hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our high-impact team supporting leading Web3 projects. This hybrid role blends customer-facing technical consulting, API integration, and support escalation to help clients onboard, scale, and succeed with Tatum’s blockchain infrastructure. You'll work closely with strategic accounts, guiding integration, solving complex technical challenges, and feeding key insights into the product roadmap and support key customers, contributing to both customer satisfaction and business growth. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for developing deep understanding of our clients’ needs, identifying opportunities for Tatum’s blockchain infrastructure to add value, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
