Solution Engineer (m/w/d) - ERP SaaS

We are looking for an experienced developer who can help us solve a critical problem in industrial maintenance. When a machine in a factory breaks down, costs can quickly add up to five-figure sums.

The spare part that would have prevented the breakdown was either not available, stored in the wrong location or never properly planned.

We are solving this problem with our AI platform PartsOS, which helps industrial companies derive precise and reliable spare part strategies from complex ERP data. Companies like Porsche Motorsport, Schunk, Coperion, Glaston, and Elopak already use PartsOS to streamline their processes and make them more efficient.

As the first Solution Engineer - ERP SaaS at PartsCloud, you will play a central role.

Aufgaben

Your Mission is to bring customers quickly to their first tangible benefit with PartsOS.

Soon after signing a contract, you will take over the technical responsibility for the path from unstructured ERP data to the first actionable result.

Your most important KPI: Time-to-Value.

You will work directly with maintenance teams, spare part representatives, and supply chain teams in real industrial companies. You will analyze ERP data, understand existing processes, and ensure that complex data leads to actionable decisions.

Together with a Customer Success Manager, you will form a well-oiled team:

While the CSM handles customer relationships, stakeholders, and business cases, you will take over technical implementation, data quality, and speed to the first result.

You will solve problems directly with the customer – not through ticket systems or long approval processes.

Your Tasks

• Analyze, extract, and prepare ERP data from customer systems
• Develop robust data pipelines and integrations with SQL and Python
• Validate, clean, and structure complex datasets
• Configure PartsOS based on customer-specific planning requirements
• Built scalable integration and onboarding processes
• Develop reusable templates and best practices for future implementations
• Provide technical guidance on ERP integrations, data structures, and interfaces
• Identify product improvements and closely collaborate with our Engineering Team
• Use modern AI tools and automations to implement solutions faster and more efficiently – You don't think in tickets. You think in results.
