Solution Design Lead

Job description The Solution Design Lead has full technical responsibility and organizational responsibility in terms of project engineering for an offer project, requiring a comprehensive overview of the solution, costs and risks in all project phases. This role focuses on implementing customer requests in complete intralogistics solutions, ensuring projects are put into operation and accepted (100% performance after startup) within budget, with the desired quality, on time, and fulfilling all requirements for the customer. The Solution Design Lead is responsible for the technical design of the solution, including the definition of the overall architecture, the selection of suitable technologies and tools, as well as the planning and coordination of the implementation. This includes the development of detailed project plans, the creation of schedules, the allocation of resources, and the monitoring of progress. The Solution Design Lead is also responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed in accordance with the company's quality and process standards.
