Solution Architect (m/w/d) - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

As a software and consulting company, Inway Systems offers industry-specific ERP and CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. When introducing the ERP and CRM system, we provide both process optimization and analysis as well as ERP and CRM-integrated add-ons, modules, and industry solutions.

With our experienced team of more than 110 employees at locations in Neu-Ulm, Cologne, Chemnitz, Berlin, Hamburg, and Kiel, we are close to our customers!

Tasks

• Conceptualization and design of end-to-end solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Analysis of business processes and derivation of technical requirements.
• Creation of architecture and integration concepts for complex ERP landscapes.
• Steering and accompaniment of implementation projects in close cooperation with departments and development teams.
• Counseling on best practices, scalability, and performance optimization.

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in the architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Funded knowledge in ERP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Production).
• Experience with integrations to third-party systems (e.g., Power Platform, Azure Services).
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
