As a Solution Architect, your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement custom integrations (API connections, SSO authentication systems, ERP, etc.) leveraging the powerful tools offered by vivenu.

  • Support our key accounts in transforming their existing online stores towards a modern architecture, fully driven by our APIs.

  • Collaborate with our clients' various technical stakeholders — technical directors, IT teams, external web agencies, etc. — to understand their needs and define clear and concrete action plans.

  • Ensure that client expectations and needs are aligned with vivenu's capabilities. You will also be the primary internal technical point of contact for complex issues that arise during sales and operational periods.

  • Utilize scripts, AI, and prototyping to quickly test various solutions. You will then transform proven solutions into reusable integration guides and templates at the company-wide scale.

  • Immerse yourself in diverse business sectors to tackle new technical challenges, from initial design to solution implementation.

  • Act as a technical expert alongside our sales teams, advising them on solution architecture, integration feasibility, timelines, and necessary resources.

  • Remain involved throughout the implementation phase to ensure the delivered solution fully meets the commitments made to the client, while identifying and anticipating potential technical constraints prior to delivery.


    • What you will need to succeed in this role:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
  • Development experience or strong technical expertise, coupled with a proven progression towards client relations, business challenges, and solution design.
  • A good understanding of how web applications, REST APIs, webhooks, data modeling, and the interactions between different components of modern software ecosystems function.
  • The ability to quickly read and understand API documentation, write functional scripts to test solutions, and analyze or debug AI-generated code.
  • Genuine ease in communicating with demanding clients, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and confidently frame expectations.
  • A university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related scientific or technical field.
  • Fluent French & English (C1/C2 level) required to ensure fluid and professional communication with our French-speaking clients and partners.
