WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• Starting point: HSO is a leading Microsoft partner in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for companies in plant engineering with project business and service providers. We support these customers here in all end-to-end processes such as Engineer to Order and use the entire Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Consulting and solution finding: As a Solution Architect Professional Services, your main task is to support companies with project business or service providers in finding the right IT solutions for their specific business requirements. In the role of Solution Architect, you are an essential part of the project governance team and, together with the PM and the industry lead, take responsibility for scope, architecture, budget and quality in our projects. You work closely with customers to understand and analyze their business processes. Based on this information, you develop tailor-made solutions and concepts, which are largely based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Implementation and management: After you have designed the appropriate solution, taking into account the best-practice approach with the project team, you are responsible for the technical implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into the customer's existing IT infrastructure. You control and lead the HSO project team as well as the customer to successfully and in good quality implement the project.
• Technical know-how: You are up-to-date with developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and in particular in the context of handling project business and service providers. This requires continuous training and the ability to translate technical knowledge into business solutions.
• Tools and methods@HSO: You apply our excellent project methodology HSO Excellerate™ in classic or agile form and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations as well as other modern products such as the Microsoft Power Platform.

Requirements

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU:

• A degree in a STEM subject, business administration, supply chain management and relevant experience of the processes in project business and/or service business as well as the handling of these processes in the area of Dynamics 365
• You have project experience in consulting business applications as an in-house consultant and/or for a consulting firm
• Industry knowledge from the service/professional services area or from the plant engineering/engineer-to-order area
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Very good German and good English skills
• Project-related willingness to travel
