Solution Architect Professional Services Microsoft Dynamics 365 (m/f/d) - nationwide

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• Consulting and Solution Finding: As a Solution Architect Professional Services, your main task is to support companies with project business or service providers in finding the right IT solutions for their specific business requirements. In the role of Solution Architect, you are an essential part of the project governance team and, together with the PM and the Industry Lead, you take responsibility for scope, architecture, budget, and quality in our projects. You work closely with clients to understand and analyze their business processes. Based on this information, you develop customized solutions and concepts, largely based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• AI-Driven Consulting: You actively use state-of-the-art AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI for documentation, and AI-powered agents)
• Implementation and Leadership: After you have designed the appropriate solution with the project team, considering the best-practice approach, you are responsible for the functional implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into the client's existing IT infrastructure. You manage and lead the HSO project team as well as the client to successfully implement the project with good quality.
• Technical Expertise: You are up-to-date with developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in handling project business and service providers. This requires continuous training and the ability to translate technical knowledge into business solutions.
• Tools and Methods @ HSO: You apply our award-winning HSO Excellerate™ project methodology in classic or agile form and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations as well as other modern products like the Microsoft Power Platform.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU:

• A completed degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and relevant experience with processes in project business and/or service business, as well as handling these processes in the Dynamics 365 area
• You have project experience in consulting business applications as an in-house consultant and/or for a consulting firm
• Industry knowledge from the Services/Professional Services sector or from the Plant Engineering/Engineer-to-Order sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• You have a great passion for the latest AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and AI-powered agents)
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Willingness to travel for projects
