Solution Architect

Te Haeata/The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to help shape and deliver modern, cloud-first solutions across the Ministry's Shared Services portfolio. You'll design and guide solutions that support corporate and back-office services, working closely with delivery teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Lead solution design across Shared Services domains * Translate business needs into scalable architectures * Drive cloud and SaaS adoption * Guide legacy-to-cloud migration efforts and ensure seamless integration of new and existing systems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Ministry's Shared Services portfolio, including current and future state architectures. * Provide technical guidance and oversight to delivery teams, ensuring solutions are designed and implemented in accordance with agreed-upon standards and best practices. * Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful solution delivery and ongoing support. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions that can benefit the Ministry's Shared Services portfolio.
