Your Capco Tasks

• You will accompany demanding transformation and technology projects at banks, insurance companies, and other financial service providers, and jointly develop future-proof solution architectures with our customers.
• You will holistically advise our customers on Solution, Application, Data, Integration, and Cloud Architectures and translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
• You will develop technical target images, solution concepts, and transformation roadmaps and accompany their implementation from conception to implementation.
• You will evaluate existing system landscapes and identify optimization and modernization potentials regarding architecture, integration, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• You will support technological decisions, for example regarding cloud platforms, integration architectures, APIs, microservices, data architectures, and suitable technology stacks.
• You will act as an interface between business, IT, development, and other stakeholders and ensure that business and technical requirements are combined into a consistent overall architecture.
• You will build professional and trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders of our customers and represent architectural decisions to technical and business contacts.
• Depending on your experience, you will take responsibility for architecture workstreams, sub-projects, and technical teams and accompany the implementation of the defined solutions.
• In addition to project work, you will contribute to internal topics, further develop our Technology and Architecture Capabilities, and share your experiences within Capco.

Your Capco Profile

• You have a completed university degree, for example in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of relevant professional experience.
• You have extensive experience in the design and implementation of solution architectures, ideally in the environment of banks, insurance companies, or other financial service providers.
• You possess broad technological understanding and can translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and implementable solution concepts.
• You have experience with modern and classic system landscapes and are familiar with relevant architectural principles and patterns, for example in the areas of Cloud, APIs, Microservices, Integration, and Data.
• You have experience with at least one relevant Cloud Platform and a good understanding of cloud-native architecture, security, governance, and scalability.
• Knowledge of common programming languages, frameworks, and development practices enables you to evaluate architectural decisions at a technical level as well. Hands-on development experience is an advantage, but not a mandatory focus of the role.
• You can evaluate different solution options in terms of business value, technical feasibility, costs, risks, and strategic target architecture and derive corresponding recommendations.
• Ideally, you have experience in coordinating technical teams and workstreams, as well as managing various business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of initiative characterize you.
• Fluent German and English skills, as well as flexibility regarding hybrid collaboration and on-site customer assignments, complete your profile.
