Solution Architect (Modern Work)

We are currently searching for a Portuguese speaking Solution Architect/Developer to work with our biggest customer remotely in Brazil. In this role you will leverage your technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and Viva to deliver proactive services and workshops to premier enterprise customers in Brazil. The following proficiencies are required: * Fluent/native Portuguese written & oral communication * Design and development experience in major Viva components * Experience in integrating Viva with relevant systems * Experience with Microsoft Teams and associated technologies. * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences * Experience in conducting workshops, training and presenting * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills * Knowledge of Azure technologies * Knowledge of Power Platform * Familiarity with Agile methodologies * Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus Responsibilities * Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor for Modern Work solutions, primarily focusing on Microsoft Teams and Viva * Design and implement Modern Work solutions, including but not limited to, Teams, Viva, and related Microsoft 365 services. * Provide proactive services and workshops to enterprise customers in Brazil. * Collaborate with the customer and internal teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions. * Conduct workshops, training, and presentations. * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Modern Work technologies. * Document solutions and provide technical guidance. * Participate in pre-sales activities, such as presentations and proposal development.
