Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics

Role introduction

As a Solution Architect, you are functionally responsible for an optimal implementation of the integrated Dynamics 365 solution. You are the substantive conscience of the Project Manager and a sparring partner for the management of our client. You will let the best practices that we and Microsoft have built up guide you. Based on this, you will be proposing and advising your clients. In addition, you know how to present the designed application landscape convincingly to the client.

What will you do?

You will draw up the roadmap for implementing the integrated solution. You can think in terms of integrated processes involving multiple Microsoft solutions:

• Often you are also involved in and responsible for the realization/implementation of the solution;
• In addition, you provide input for the further development of HSO's industry solutions;
• You proactively identify optimization opportunities and advise clients on new features and services within the Microsoft ecosystem that improve their business results;
• Often you are also involved in and responsible for the realization/implementation of the solution;
• You are the hub between the client, your technical and functional colleagues, and the project managers.

About the team

You are part of the Service Line Unified Operations, a division of HSO Netherlands. Unified Operations is a well-oiled project services organization with an excellent reputation in the field of ERP. Together with the other Service Lines within HSO, we can offer the complete Microsoft Stack (Modern Workplace, Analytics, CE, Azure Integrations, etc.). The total team of our Service Line currently consists of over 80 professionals, led by Service Line Director Roy Daniels.

Qualifications

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) work and thinking level (preferably a graduate) in business administration, computer science, engineering (Industrial or Logistics), supply chain management, or a comparable education;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in designing application landscapes across different functional domains;
• You preferably have affinity and experience in substantively managing a team of AX/D365 professionals;
• You have at least 6 years of implementation and consultancy experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX up to the latest D365 version;
• Years of experience gained in 1 or 2 of the branches Retail, Distribution, Project/Services, or Manufacturing. Based on this, you can convince clients of our advice and proposals. Methodological affinity. Both in terms of architecture (TOGAF knowledge) and project implementation.
