Job description
The Global Insights & Analytics team at Olympus leads the company’s transformation into a data-driven global MedTech organization. Data and advanced analytics are critical enablers for achieving business objectives, differentiating Olympus in the market, and driving sustainable, profitable growth. The Solution Architect (MDG) is accountable for defining and governing the enterprise master data architecture across key domains (Business Partner, Material, Finance, and Supplier) to enable scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that support the company’s strategic initiatives. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and maintain a comprehensive Master Data Governance framework, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity of master data across all systems and applications. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance principles, experience in designing and implementing data architectures, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
