Solution Architect Manufacturing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (m/f/d) - nationwide

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• Consulting and Solution Finding: As a Solution Architect Manufacturing, your main task is to support manufacturing companies in finding the right IT solutions for their specific business needs. In the role of Solution Architect, you are an essential part of the project governance team and, together with the PM and the Industry Lead, you are responsible for scope, architecture, budget, and quality in our projects. You work closely with clients to understand and analyze their business processes. Based on this information, you develop customized solutions and concepts, largely based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• AI-Driven Consulting: You actively use state-of-the-art AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI for documentation, and AI-powered agents)
• Implementation and Leadership: After you have conceptualized the appropriate solution with the project team, considering the best-practice approach, you are responsible for the functional implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into the client's existing IT infrastructure. You will steer and lead the HSO project team and the client to successfully implement the project with good quality.
• Technical Know-how: You are up-to-date with developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in handling manufacturing companies. This requires continuous further training and the ability to translate technical knowledge into business solutions.
• Tools and Methods @ HSO: You apply our award-winning project methodology HSO Excellerate™ in its classic or agile form and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations as well as other modern products like the Microsoft Power Platform.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU:

• A completed degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and relevant experience of the processes of manufacturing companies as well as handling these processes in the area of Dynamics 365
• You have project experience in consulting business applications as an in-house consultant and/or for a consulting firm and possess functional leadership experience
• Industry knowledge from the manufacturing and logistics sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• You have a high passion for state-of-the-art AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and AI-powered agents)
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel for projects
