About the Role RapidData Technologies is looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Java Full Stack with 10 years of strong hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will combine solution architecture responsibilities with deep understanding of Java technologies and ability to lead technical teams. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale enterprise applications using Java technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs. • Lead technical teams in the development of complex software systems. • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for projects. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and company policies. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables. • Work closely with QA team to ensure seamless integration with testing frameworks. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects. • Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet customer expectations.
