Requirements

• Strong software engineering background (10+ years)
• Deep understanding of Solution Architecture approaches and patterns
• Extensive experience with Cloud Computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficient in at least two out of the main backend technologies such as .NET, Java, or Node.JS, Python etc. and its ecosystems. Practical experience with other technologies would be considered a great advantage
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Strong background with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker). Experience in building scalable and secure web applications.
• Work experience using Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication and English skills (at upper-intermediate strong level and higher)
• High level of responsibility and motivation to handle challenging projects

Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-sales activities and technical consulting for existing and prospect clients of Intellectsoft
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects. Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Act as a primary point for technical problem-solving, providing innovative solutions to complex technical issues.
• Design and implement robust and scalable software architectures.
• Optimise application performance for scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and management.
• Identify potential risks in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high code quality standards and encourage best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs, API integrations, and system architectures.
