The role in a nutshell

You help technical management regain control of their trajectory: audit of the existing situation, target vision, modernization of the SDLC, integration of AI into team practices — and you present these recommendations up to the Executive Committee.

Your missions 🎯

  • Audit or inspect the existing situation: architecture, development practices, organization, tooling.

  • Define the target vision (architecture, SDLC, governance, organization) and the accompanying transformation roadmap — then pilot its execution.

  • Integrate AI into Tech workflows: development copilots, automation, agents, and support for teams in adoption (coaching, workshops).

  • Engage at the Executive Committee / C-level: preparation and conduct of committees, securing technical trajectories.

  • Contribute to Tech & AI pre-sales and produce reference deliverables: scopes, target architectures, practical guides.

  • If you are hands-on: Build technical solutions with the help of AI, in environments


    • Your profile, what you bring 📖

  • Indispensable

  • 6+ years in software architecture, tech lead, engineering management, or tech consulting.

  • A Tech transformation led from start to finish (modernization, SDLC overhaul, team structuring…) about which you can tell the before/after story.

  • Solid SDLC / CI-CD / DevOps foundations and experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

  • Real-world use of market-leading AI development tools and a well-formed opinion on what they change for a team.

  • Comfortable interacting with all stakeholders, from developers to the Executive Committee: synthesis, pedagogy, consulting posture.

    • What will be a plus (none are disqualifying)

  • Experience in a consulting firm or in pre-sales; formal technical audits.

  • Cloud expertise, PAAS, SAAS, IAAS

  • Change management, facilitation of communities of practice.

  • Cloud or architecture certifications (TOGAF, Azure/AWS/GCP certifications).
