Solution Architect - Enterprise (Remote - India)

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level technical engagements and provide strategic guidance to customers and partners. In this role, you will design and advocate innovative, Intel-based solutions that address complex business challenges while driving adoption and deployment of technology platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal business units, sales teams, and external stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-impact solutions. This role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and technical teams alike. Your contributions will directly impact technology strategy, customer satisfaction, and business growth in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Accountabilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, demonstrating Intel-based solutions and guiding technical decision-making.
• Develop and implement advanced solution architectures that address customer business challenges and drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with internal business units, partners, ISVs, SIs, and OEMs to optimize software, services, and solution deployments.
• Communicate customer requirements, challenges, and strategic insights to influence product roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
• Lead technical engagements, including proof-of-concepts (POCs), benchmarking, and solution demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account executives, technical stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Mentor and guide technical teams to promote best practices in solution architecture and enterprise IT deployments.
• Support sales teams to achieve targets by positioning solutions effectively and driving complex competitive scenarios to closure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of customer-facing presales or solution architect experience in enterprise IT, demonstrating technical expertise and consultative skills.
• Deep understanding of client computing, data center solutions, and AI technologies, including experience with Intel architectures and platforms.
• Industry experience in Government, HPC, Telco, or E-commerce preferred, with insight into business drivers and organizational structures.
• Proven ability to engage with middle management and executive-level decision-makers, translating technical solutions into business value.
• Strong experience performing POCs, setting up environments, and benchmarking solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation abilities, and relationship-building expertise.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated success in complex solution sales, technical leadership, and driving customer adoption.
