Solution Architect – Client Solutions (m/f/d)

• You are the interface between our clients and our development teams, spending a significant portion of your time in direct exchange with clients.
• You listen carefully, understand the client problems, and translate business requirements into technical questions that our developers can concretely work on.
• Based on your deep technical background, you develop solution architectures that fit both the client's requirements and our own system landscape.
• You think in terms of systems: You understand our architecture, the technical environment of our clients, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies, and can bring these worlds together meaningfully.
• With APIs and integrations, you can not only formulate requirements but also discuss solution approaches and their implications with our developers on a technical level.
• You accompany projects from the initial requirement to implementation and ensure that a good technical idea also becomes a functioning solution.
• As a liaison between clients, project teams, and engineering, you ensure clarity: What is the actual problem? What do we need technically? What is pragmatically feasible?
• You bring structure to complex topics, coordinate different stakeholders, and maintain an overview even with multiple projects.

• Completed university degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Product Management, Software Development, or a comparable role at the interface of business and technology.
• A good technical understanding of software architectures, data flows, interfaces, and API design. A developer background is a clear advantage, but not a must.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to truly understand client problems and business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Enjoyment of collaboration with Engineering: You can discuss technical topics at eye level, communicate complex issues understandably, and develop pragmatic solutions together with developers.
• Interest in Wealth Management, Financial Technology, and SaaS as well as the willingness to delve deeply into business and technical contexts.
• Experience with agile methods, strong organizational skills, and the ability to bring together different stakeholders and systematically accompany solutions through to implementation.
