Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join Cleafy’s Customer Operations team, helping leading financial institutions protect themselves from advanced cyber threats and fraud patterns. In this role, you will design, validate, and guide the adoption of Cleafy’s solutions within complex enterprise environments, ensuring customers get the maximum value from the platform across their fraud management lifecycle You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers and as a bridge between the customer and internal teams (Product, Engineering, R&D). **Responsibilities:** * Design and validate solutions that meet customer requirements. * Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. * Provide technical guidance and best practices for the deployment, configuration, and integration of Cleafy solutions. * Lead technical workshops and training sessions for customers. * Develop and maintain solution documentation and technical presentations. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Cleafy’s product roadmap. * Act as a customer advocate and provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings. * Travel to customer sites as needed. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role. * Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security architectures. * Experience with network security, web application security, and cloud security. * Experience with fraud detection and prevention solutions. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience with financial institutions is a plus. * Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. * Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
