Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solid Plasterer to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for applying solid plaster, cement render, acrylic texture coatings, and protective finishes to internal and external surfaces in accordance with Australian construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling.

Mix and apply plastering and rendering materials manually or using spray equipment.

Apply acrylic texture coatings and cement render to walls and ceilings.

Install and repair decorative Mouldings and ornamental plaster work.

Read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.

Work effectively both independently and within a team.

Follow safe work practices and site safety requirements.

Skills and Experience Required

Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Solid Plasterer / Renderer.

Strong knowledge of rendering materials, mixing ratios, and finishing techniques.

High attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Ability to read plans and follow instructions.

Commitment to workplace safety.

Salary and Conditions
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 per year (excluding superannuation), depending on skills and experience.
This is a full-time position, typically 7–8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required. Employment conditions will comply with the Building and Construction General On-site Award and Australian workplace laws.

Visa Sponsorship (Subclass 482)
This is a full-time ongoing position. However, for suitable overseas applicants, the employer may offer sponsorship under the Temporary Skill Shortage (Subclass 482) visa, which allows the employee to work in Australia for a temporary period.
