The Role
As a commercial lawyer with 4-5 years PAE, you’ll work closely with a partner on a variety of front-end matters, including:

• Business sales and acquisitions
• Contract review
• General commercial advisory
• Drafting legal documents
• Direct client engagement

You’ll be supported by a team of well-trained paralegals and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality work.
