Overview About The Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join our nationally recognised Private Client team, based in our Worcester office. Our private client team are a core part of the firm and one of the largest in the country. Our private client team cover the full spectrum of private client matters to include wills, trusts, tax and estate planning, probate and estate administration, alongside some Court of Protection work. The team work with a wide range of clients, including individuals, families, and charities, providing them with expert advice on all aspects of private client law. This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join our growing team and be part of the firm's continued success. Key responsibilities will include: • Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of private client law; • Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents; • Conducting probate and estate administration work; • Assisting with Court of Protection matters; • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients; • Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent client service; • Staying up-to-date with changes in private client law and best practice. Requirements: • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience; • Strong knowledge of private client law, including wills, trusts, tax and estate planning, probate and estate administration, and Court of Protection work; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
