Solicitor - Property

Our client's esteemed Property & Construction team is a leading force, representing major privately owned and publicly listed property owners, developers, as well as Government departments, agencies, and local governments. As one of the leading teams in Brisbane, they offer comprehensive advice spanning the entire spectrum of property transactions.

Supported by a seasoned and approachable Partner, along with other senior team members, this role will include end-to-end file management for commercial and retail leasing matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing new instructions, directly with clients.
• Drafting of leases, assignments, surrenders, consents, and other lease-related documentation.
• Finalising documents and ensuring execution by all involved parties.
• Coordinating Titles Office registration.

You’ll have:

• Minimum 2+ years post-admission experience.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective collaboration with both clients and colleagues.
• Excellent drafting abilities and attention to detail.
• The capability to work autonomously as well as within a cohesive team.
• A robust business and professional ethic, coupled with a drive for success.
