Solicitor - Litigation
Full Time
Job description
This modern law firm is breaking the mould. The partners have intentionally removed outdated structures, no billable targets, and no mandated start or finish times. They know that ambitious and self-driven people do their best work when they have flexibility. Whether it’s hiking in the morning, doing the school drop-off, or hitting the gym by 5 pm, your schedule is yours to own.
The environment is casual yet driven. The junior lawyers have a strong bond and regularly welcome new colleagues into their tight-knit team. Social events are a regular part of the culture, and the energy is infectious.
Senior lawyers, with over a decade of experience, are committed to mentoring and supporting the next generation. They understand the value of being guided, because they were once in your shoes. Many who leave for OEs return later, which speaks volumes about the culture and loyalty here.
