A top-tier international law firm is seeking a Solicitor (2–4 PQE) and Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation and Class Actions team in Sydney. The team is known for handling complex, high-profile matters, including class actions, regulatory investigations, and critical enforcement proceedings, both nationally and internationally.

About the Role:
You will:

• Work closely with senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Manage files and provide strategic, practical solutions to clients.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and help the team maintain its market-leading reputation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across domestic and international offices on cross-border matters.
• Gain exposure to high-profile disputes and regulatory matters that shape the market.

The team is a multi-disciplinary disputes group combining expertise in:

• Commercial litigation and class actions
• Regulatory compliance and enforcement
• Arbitration, mediation, and advocacy

Requirements:

• Experience across commercial litigation, ideally including class actions, in a top-tier, national, mid-tier or international law-firm.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
