Are you adventurous, do you easily connect with people, and do you want to become a sharpshooter on our Manticore armored vehicle? We are looking for a driven professional for our motorized Communication & Engagement (C&E) team. These are teams that establish contact with various target groups in mission areas. What you will do

As a Soldier Manticore Onboard Gunner, you are a key player within our teams. You are part of a team of seven colleagues, operating two vehicles together. Together with three others, you will travel in the Manticore, where you operate the onboard weapon. You play an important role in securing the team. Furthermore, you are responsible for the C&E equipment and you operate our drones. You will support the execution of our tasks, which are aimed at establishing contact with various target groups in mission areas.

Where you will work

You will be stationed at the C&E Command in Apeldoorn. This is a unit of the Operational Support Command Land (OOCL). The unit provides specialized teams in the field of civil-military cooperation (CIMIC) and psychological operations (PSYOPS). Before you start, you will complete the Basic Training Royal Netherlands Army (BOKL) at School Midden in Ermelo.
