Hire Resolve is looking for a dedicated Solar Technician to join our client's growing team. The Solar Technician will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Responsibilities Install and maintain solar PV systems according to established standards and regulations. Troubleshoot and repair solar system faults and issues. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure system efficiency. Monitor system performance and prepare reports on findings. Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project execution. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, or repair. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
