Plant Manager Phillip Riley is working exclusively with a leading green solutions provider to appoint their next Plant Manager. Our client is driving the energy and digital infrastructure transition across the Asia-Pacific region. About the Role As Plant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a solar plant, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, technicians, and other support staff, as well as coordinating with external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve plant performance targets • Managing and optimizing plant maintenance schedules • Coordinating with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices • Providing technical guidance and support to team members • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements and cost savings • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy, operations management, and team leadership. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or environmental science, is required. A master’s degree or professional certification in a related field is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in solar energy operations and management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
